3. Tools Used by C.H.Beck in the Online Services
a. Information transmitted by the browser
(1) Our services allow you to log in with a username and save certain settings (e.g. delivery address, billing address, payment information etc.). If you do not wish to log in as a registered user, or if you choose not to do so in a specific case, your visit to our services will take place without login. In this case, a smaller amount of personal data will be collected (see paragraph 2 below).
(2) When visiting the Website of an online service without logging in, the user’s browser automatically transmits information to the server of Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG, where it is temporarily stored in a logfile. In this context, Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG collects and processes, in particular, the following information and personal data:
· Date and time of Website access
· Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
· Browser type and browser settings
· Language and version of the browser software
· Operating system used
· Content of the request (specific page)
· Last page visited by the user
· Amount of data transferred
· Access status/HTTP status code
· IP address
·
(3) These pieces of information and personal data are absolutely necessary within the meaning of § 25(2)(2) TDDDG in order for Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG to provide the telemedia services requested by the user.
v
(4) The personal data and information collected in this way are statistically analyzed by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG C for the purpose of enhancing data protection and data security, in order to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the personal data processed by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG . The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The personal data collected when visiting the Website, in particular the user’s IP address, will be deleted no later than thirty days after collection, unless an attack or threat by the user has been detected.
(5) Insofar as Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG collects and processes personal data of the user, such as in particular the user’s IP address, when accessing and visiting the Website, the legal basis for this is § 25 TDDDG.
(6) In the case of a visit to the Website of an online service that is not merely informational (i.e. when visiting the Website as a registered user), additional data beyond those specified in paragraph 2 are collected and processed. The type and scope of this processing are described below in connection with the description of the services under Section 1 of this part (see above) and depend on the purpose pursued by the service.
b. Cookies and comparable technologies
(1) When using the Website, cookies are employed. Some cookies are necessary to make the Website functional for the user’s visit. These types of cookies may be used without consent under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Other cookies allow the Website to be personalized, make its use easier and enable the analysis of usage data to improve our services. This type of cookie may be used only with valid data protection consent under § 25(1) TDDDG. Cookies are small text files that the Website transmits to the cookie file of the user’s Internet browser on his or her device, where they are stored for later retrieval so that the user can be recognized upon revisiting the Website. A cookie typically contains the domain name from which it originates, the cookie’s “lifetime,” and a unique identifier. Additional data may also be collected by cookies; details of such data are provided in the description of each specific cookie used.
(2) The following types of cookies are used on the Websites:
Session cookies: These are cookies set temporarily for the duration of a user’s visit to the Website. They remain in the browser’s cookie file until the user leaves the site. Session cookies are required for users to navigate the Website and, where applicable, to complete registrations, logins or orders. The legal basis for using these cookies is § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Session cookies are deleted at the end of the browser session.
Persistent cookies: These remain in the browser’s cookie file for a longer period. The duration depends on the lifetime of the specific cookie. It may be unlimited or last until automatic deletion (when the cookie’s set lifetime expires) or manual deletion (by the user, who can delete stored cookies in the browser settings). Persistent cookies from Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG allow the Website to remember user preferences (e.g. registration details, chosen language or the region in which the user is located).
Web beacons or Web pixels: These are electronic markers (also referred to as “clear GIFs” or “Web bugs”) that allow Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG to count the number of users who have visited the Website.
(3) To obtain the consent required under § 25(1) TDDDG, we use a Consent Management Tool. Within this framework (“cookie banner”), the Website gives you the option to make differentiated choices regarding the setting of cookies according to your preferences. You may change your decision at any time, give your consent later (with future effect) or withdraw it. To do so, you can access the available settings and adjust your cookie preferences. Detailed information about the cookies requiring consent is provided through the Consent Management Tool.
(4) If you do not wish to accept cookies or comparable tools, you may reject them beyond the options of the Consent Management Tool and prevent access to previously stored information by configuring your Internet browser accordingly. The relevant settings vary depending on the browser you use. Typically, these options can be found under “Privacy” or “Cookies” in the “Internet Options” or “Settings” menu of your browser. Please note, however, that not all interactive features and functions of the Website may be available if cookies and/or comparable tools are blocked or deleted.
(5) Insofar as Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG uses cookies when you access and visit the Website and thereby collects and processes personal data of the user, the legal basis for this is § 25(2)(2) TDDDG, provided these cookies are strictly necessary for the functionality of the Website. Where you additionally consent to the use of cookies via the Consent Management Tool, the legal basis for such use is § 25(1) TDDDG.
c. Web analytics services
Econda:
For the purpose of tailoring this Website to user needs and optimizing it, solutions and technologies from econda GmbH, Zimmerstr. 6, 76137 Karlsruhe, Germany, are used to collect and store data. From these data, usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. For this purpose, cookies may be employed to enable recognition of an Internet browser. However, usage profiles are not combined with data identifying the holder of the pseudonym without the user’s explicit consent. In particular, IP addresses are anonymized immediately upon receipt, preventing any association of usage profiles with IP addresses.
Google Analytics:
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG has integrated Google Analytics into its Website. Google Analytics is a Web analytics service offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Data processing, however, is carried out by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses “cookies,” text files stored on the user’s computer, which serve the purpose of providing data for analyzing the use of the Website. The information generated by the cookie about the user’s use of this Website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.
On C.H.Beck’s Website, IP anonymization is activated so that users’ IP addresses are shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there, meaning that data processing outside the European Union may occur. In such cases, the transfer of personal data collected via Google Analytics to the USA takes place.
Please note that the use of cookies for data processing in the context of Google Analytics is legally permissible only on the basis of prior user consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 44 and Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. For this reason, you will be asked to provide your consent within the Consent Management System implemented by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG.
Users can generally prevent the storage of cookies by configuring their Internet browsers accordingly. In addition, users can prevent Google from collecting and transmitting the data generated by the cookie relating to their use of the Website (including their IP addresses) and from processing these data by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at the following link to deactivate Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js): https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
However, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this Website to their full extent.
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG also uses Google Analytics in connection with AdWords advertisements for statistical purposes. The legal basis for this processing is user consent under § 25(1) TDDDG. If you do not wish processing by Google to occur despite your consent to processing by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG, you can disable it via the Ads Preferences Manager (https://adssettings.google.com/) on Google’s Website.
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG emphasizes that it cannot influence or determine the nature and extent of Google’s use of your personal data. We therefore recommend limiting such processing through appropriate privacy settings in your browser configuration, if desired.
By consenting to the use of Google Analytics 4, you also agree to the Consent Mode. In this process, we transmit the status of your consent to Google. No additional personal data are included. Google requires these data to fulfill the legal requirements of the Digital Markets Act.
Further information and the applicable privacy policy of Google Analytics can be found at:
https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/
Jentis:
For the statistical analysis of data collected during visits to the online services of Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG , we use the services of JENTIS GmbH, Schönbrunner Straße 231, 1120 Vienna, Austria, (“JENTIS”), within the scope of commissioned data processing. Data are transmitted to JENTIS, which evaluates them on our behalf in anonymized form.
This is technically necessary, required for IT security purposes, as well as for meeting user interests and ensuring the efficient operation of our online services, in accordance with § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. The legal basis for further processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
JENTIS GmbH processes only data that cannot be traced back to a specific individual. IDs set by JENTIS are purely random products and serve solely to anonymously recognize Website visitors. Your IP address is shortened before storage so that any personal reference is eliminated.
d. Profiling
(1) Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG processes user data with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling). This is done for the purposes of enabling personalized communication and advertising, including market and opinion research, as well as tailoring the Website to user needs. The processing of personal data for profiling purposes is based on data collected through the use of cookies and similar technologies.
(2) The legal basis for storing data collected for future profiling on the user’s device, as well as for collecting these data, is the user’s consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG.
(3) The legal basis for further processing of these data for profiling purposes is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
(4) Under Art. 21 GDPR, users have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For details on the user’s right to object, please refer to Section III of this Privacy Policy.
e. Integration of YouTube
(1) C.H.Beck Publishers has embedded YouTube videos into some of its Websites. These videos are stored on https://www.youtube.com,
and can be played directly from the Website. YouTube is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. All videos are embedded in such a way that no data about the user are transmitted to YouTube or Google unless the user plays the videos. Only when the user plays a video will the data referred to in paragraph (3) be transmitted. Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG has no influence on this data transmission, which is collected directly by Google.
(2) Google has the ability to process personal data, which may also include usage behavior relating to the videos provided by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG. Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG cannot influence or determine the nature and extent of Google’s use of your personal data. We therefore recommend limiting such processing by adjusting the privacy settings in your browser configuration, if desired.
(3) When visiting the Website, YouTube (Google) receives the information that the user has accessed the corresponding subpage of the Website. In addition, YouTube (Google) may collect the data listed in Section 2(a)(2) of this Privacy Policy. This occurs regardless of whether the user has a YouTube account and is logged in. If the user is logged in to YouTube, these data may be directly associated with that account. If users do not wish such an association with their YouTube profiles, they must log out of YouTube before activating the button.
(4) YouTube stores these data as usage profiles and uses them for its own purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailoring its own Website to user needs. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide customized advertising by YouTube. YouTube is considered an independent controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR. Users have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, which they must exercise directly with YouTube.
(5) By embedding YouTube videos, Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG gives users the opportunity to access videos and use YouTube functionalities where applicable. The purpose of this integration is to improve our services. The legal basis for embedding YouTube content by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The legal basis for allowing the storage of data on the user’s device (browser) as well as access to these data by YouTube and its further processing is the user’s consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG.
(6) Further information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube or Google can be found in the privacy policies of YouTube and Google. These also contain additional information about your rights in this regard and settings to protect your privacy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/?hl=de
f. Usercentrics Consent Management Platform
The Usercentrics Consent Management Platform (Usercentrics CMP) collects consent data using JavaScript. It is a software that allows the user’s data protection consent to be obtained and stored via a pop-up in a individualized manner. This tool also enables the withdrawal of previously given consent by deactivating the corresponding consent settings.
As part of a data processing agreement, Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG transmits personal data (consent data) to Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlingerstr. 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, as a processor. Consent data include: date and time of the visit and consent/denial, device information.
The use of Usercentrics CMP is absolutely necessary pursuant to § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. For storage purposes, the local storage of the user’s device is also used.
Consent data are stored in accordance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and deleted in compliance with Art. 17 GDPR. Data are processed within the European Union.
g. Online presence in social media
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG maintains online presences within social networks in order to communicate with customers, prospects and users active there, and to provide information about its services.
Please note that our online presence is operated on the platform provided by the respective social media provider. Within the framework of its terms of use with users, the social media provider has both the technical and legal ability to process personal data, which may also include usage behavior relating to the online presence of Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG. Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG cannot influence or determine the nature and scope of the social media provider’s use of your personal data. We therefore recommend limiting such processing by adjusting your privacy settings within your membership account with the social media provider, if desired.
As the operator of its online presence, Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG itself processes personal data that may arise in connection with the use of the online presence. The legal basis for the storage of, and access to, such data stored in the user’s browser or device (local storage) is consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG.
These usage data are collected and analyzed for statistical purposes in order to adapt our online presence to the needs and interests of our visitors. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Regarding the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR, please refer to Section III below. Data processed by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG are not shared with third parties for other purposes.
h. Use of a Web kiosk
For the Web kiosk, through which we display print and advertising media on some of our online services, we use the external service YUMPU provided by i-magazine AG, Gewerbestrasse 3, CH - 9444 Diepoldsau, Switzerland. Under the terms of use between the company and users, i-magazine AG has both the technical and legal ability to process personal data, which may also include usage behavior relating to the Web kiosk operated by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG.
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG cannot influence or determine the nature and scope of i-magazine AG’s use of your personal data. We therefore refer to the privacy policy of i-magazine AG: https://www.yumpu.com/de/info/privacy_policy
.
i. Google Inc. remarketing or “Similar Audiences” function
On our Website, we use the remarketing or “Similar Audiences” function of Google Inc. With this function, Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG can target visitors of its Website with advertising by displaying interest-based ads to those visitors when they browse other Websites in the Google Display Network.
The legal basis for the use of this function is user consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG. You can grant this consent through the consent management system of Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG and withdraw it at any time.
To analyze Website usage, which forms the basis for creating interest-based ads, Google uses cookies. Google stores a small file containing a sequence of numbers in visitors’ browsers. This number is used to record visits to the Website as well as anonymized usage data for statistical analysis. No data are stored that would allow visitor identification.
If, after visiting a Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG site, you subsequently visit another Website that displays Google ads, you will likely see ads that take into account product and information areas you previously viewed.
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG points out that it cannot influence or determine the nature and scope of Google’s use of your personal data. We therefore recommend limiting such processing by adjusting your privacy settings within your browser configuration, if desired.
You can permanently disable the use of Google cookies by following this link to download and install the plug-in provided: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Alternatively, you can disable third-party cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1 and following the opt-out instructions.
By agreeing to the use of Google Ads Remarketing, you also consent to the Consent Mode. In this process, we transmit the status of your consent to Google. This does not include any additional personal data. Google requires this information to meet the legal requirements of the Digital Markets Act.
Further information on Google Remarketing and Google’s privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
j. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google Ads” and, within the framework of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). When you click on a Google ad, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your device. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users.
If you visit certain pages of our Website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each advertiser that uses Google Ads receives a different cookie, so cookies cannot be tracked across advertisers’ Websites.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics. Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG learns only the total number of users who clicked on its ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG does not receive any information that could personally identify a user.
The legal basis for tracking is user consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking regardless of consent, you can generally opt out by disabling cookies in your browser settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG points out that it cannot influence or determine the nature and scope of Google’s use of your personal data. We therefore recommend limiting such processing by adjusting your privacy settings within your browser configuration, if desired.
By agreeing to the use of Google Ads services, you also consent to the Consent Mode. In this process, we transmit the status of your consent to Google. This does not include any additional personal data. Google requires this information to meet the legal requirements of the Digital Markets Act.

k. Microsoft Advertising – Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET)
On our Website, data are collected and stored using Bing Ads technologies, from which usage profiles are created with pseudonyms. This is a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. This service allows us to track the activities of users on our Website if they arrived via Bing Ads advertisements. If you reach our Website through such an ad, a cookie is placed on your computer. Our Website is integrated with a Bing UET tag. This code, in conjunction with the cookie, stores data on Website usage. These include the duration of the visit, which sections of the Website were accessed and through which ad the user arrived at the site.
The information collected is transmitted to Microsoft servers in the USA and stored there for a maximum of 180 days.
The legal basis for storing and transmitting these cookies and data generated is user consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG and, with regard to the transfer to Microsoft Corporation, Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.
You can generally prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the Website, as well as the processing of these data, by disabling cookies in your browser settings, regardless of whether consent has been granted. However, doing so may limit the functionality of the Website.
Through cross-device tracking, Microsoft may track your usage behavior across several of your electronic devices, allowing Microsoft to display personalized advertising on or within Microsoft Websites and apps. You can disable this behavior at:
https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings/signedout?ru=https%3A%2F%2Faccount.microsoft.com%2Fprivacy%2Fad-settings.

https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement.
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG points out that it cannot influence or determine the nature and scope of Microsoft’s use of your personal data. We therefore recommend limiting such processing by adjusting your privacy settings within your browser configuration, if desired.
l. Address verification and credit check
For guest orders, an address verification and a credit check are routinely carried out by an external service provider, infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstr. 99, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany. Depending on the result, the following payment methods are offered:
· Purchase on account
· SEPA direct debit
· Credit card
· PayPal
For registered users, a credit check and the offering of suitable payment methods take place if a new billing address is entered. If the last order was placed more than six months prior to entry of the new billing address, a credit check and payment method selection are performed with the next order.
To prevent fraud, we compare the purchaser’s address data with a list of addresses previously linked to attempted or completed fraudulent orders.
The legal basis for this processing of your personal data are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing for pre-contractual measures and contract fulfillment) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (safeguarding the legitimate interests of the controller, balanced against the data subject’s interest in avoiding processing).
For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to infoscore Consumer Data GmbH and use the information received about the statistical probability of payment default to decide on the offer of an appropriate payment method.
The credit report may include probability values (score values) calculated on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical methods, which may also include address data. Your legitimate interests are safeguarded in accordance with statutory requirements.
m. Cloudflare Turnstile
Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG uses Cloudflare Turnstile (“Turnstile”), provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). Turnstile is used to verify whether data entry on this Website (e.g., via a contact form) is performed by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, Turnstile analyzes the behavior of Website visitors based on various characteristics.
This analysis begins automatically as soon as a visitor accesses a Website with Turnstile enabled. For the analysis, Turnstile evaluates various types of information (e.g., IP address, time spent on the Website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis are transmitted to Cloudflare.
Data storage and analysis are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its online services against abusive automated spying and SPAM. If user consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) as defined by the TDDDG. Consent may be revoked at any time.
Data processing is based on Standard Contractual Clauses, which can be found here: https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-scc/.

To our knowledge, this may include at least the following data:
· Date and time of the visit to the relevant Webpage
· Internet address or URL of the accessed Webpage
· IP address
· (Starting) Address entered within route planning
We have no influence over Google’s further processing and use of these data and therefore cannot assume responsibility for it.
The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with the use of Google Maps by Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG is user consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.
If you do not want Google to collect, process, or use data about you through our Website, you may, regardless of the consent we request, disable JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map display.

p. Google Tag Manager
This Website uses Google Tag Manager. This service allows Website tags to be managed through an interface. The Google Tag Manager itself only implements tags; no cookies are set and no personal data are collected. Google Tag Manager merely triggers tags, which may in turn collect or transmit data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access these data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags implemented through Google Tag Manager.
The use of Tag Manager is technically necessary to enable the use and technical management of cookies.
The legal basis for the use of Google Tag Manager is § 25(1) TDDDG, as it is a tool strictly necessary to ensure the functionality of the Website.
Further information on Google Tag Manager can be found at: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/9323295?hl=de.
q. Facebook
Our Website uses Facebook’s visitor action pixel, Meta Conversion API, and Custom Audiences for conversion tracking, provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This enables user behavior (e.g., interactions such as clicks on a Facebook ad, redirection to the Website of Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG and subsequent behavior on this Website) to be tracked and used for marketing purposes (e.g. targeted delivery of advertising campaigns).
The data collected are anonymous for us as the operator of this Website, meaning we cannot draw any conclusions about user identity. However, the data are stored and processed by Facebook, allowing a link to the respective user profile and enabling Facebook to use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with its Data Use Policy. This allows Facebook to place advertisements on its own platform and outside of Facebook. We have no control over this process.
The legal basis for using these tools is consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG and, for the transfer of data to Facebook as a company located in a third country, Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.
Data processing also allows Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and enables more efficient management of future advertising campaigns.
For further details, please see Facebook’s privacy policy: https://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/policy/?entry_point=data_policy_redirect&entry=0
. You can also disable the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function in your ad settings at: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen
. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
